When you can return • Within 7 days of delivery. • The bottle must be unopened and packed as it came. • Opened or used attar cannot be returned. Broken, leaking or wrong item Take a photo on the day of delivery and call or message us. We will send a new bottle at our cost or give you a full refund. How to return 1. Call or message us with your order number. 2. We tell you how to send it back by courier. 3. We check the item and send your refund. When you get your money Within 3–5 working days after we receive the item, by bKash or Nagad. Delivery charges are not refunded, except for broken or wrong items.
